Please read through these terms and conditions before placing an order. By accessing the 9 Months & More website and / or placing an order, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. 9 Months & More reserve the right to modify or change their Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Personal information
We take security very seriously. The personal information that you disclose to us is only used for the purpose of processing your order. 9 Months & More may collect data from time to time, to monitor how the site is being used and how we can maintain a high standard of service for its users. It is 9 Months & Mores policy never to disclose your personal information to other organisations.

Ordering
You can order online at 9mandm.com using our secure, easy-to-use e-commerce website, 24 hours a day. If you have any queries, contact one of our friendly team of advisors on 01789 264800 or info@9mandm.com .

If you would prefer to place your order by telephone, that's no problem. One of our sales team advisors will be happy to help with your order enquiry. If you call our order line outside the office hours, you can leave your order requirements and daytime contact telephone number and a member of the sales team will contact you to confirm your order and payment (please see Payment, under our terms & conditions).

Payment
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard and Switch, (confirmation of details via telephone.) Bank Transfer, Postal order or Cheque (please supply your name and address on the reverse of the cheque and allow up to 7 days for your cheque to clear.) All payments must be made in pound sterling. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted include VAT. 9 Months & More will take all reasonable security precautions to keep your order payment secure but, unless we are negligent, we can not be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Delivery
Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared, for all goods in stock. You will be notified if garments are out of stock and given an estimated time of delivery. 9 Months & More will not be held liable for the failure of delivery of goods, due to reasons out of their control.

Returns
Items must be returned unworn, unused/untainted, and in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund or exchange to be given. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is non-returnable. Notification of the return to be made to info@9mandm or 01789 264800 . Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage & packaging as these are both direct costs. It is advisable that you obtain a “ proof of postage” certificate from the post office, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst on return to us. 9 Months & More can not be held liable for failure to comply with the care instructions specified for each garment / item. Your statutory rights are not affected.
