Delivery
9 Months & More would like you to enjoy your goods as soon as possible.
We will dispatch your order as soon as payment has cleared, for all goods that are in stock.
Standard delivery @ £3.50 for UK & Ireland, we aim for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 days to avoid disappointment.
9 Months & More will arrange a special delivery service @ £7.50 to reach you the next day, for all orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm. A signature will be required on delivery.
9 Months & More will be happy to arrange delivery anywhere in the world.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods unused, folded neatly in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund to be given.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage & packaging, as these are both direct costs. It is advisable that you obtain a “proof of postage” certificate from the post office, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst on return to us.
Returns procedure:
· Contact info@9mandm or 01789 264800 with order no, details of item to be returned / exchanged.
· Return items unworn, unused in their original packaging (neatly folded, please) and in a resalable condition.
· Items to be returned / exchanged within 14 days of receipt |
